Family Constellations are an experiential, systems-based practice that explores the often unseen patterns, relationships, and dynamics we carry within our families and other important systems. Through guided constellation work, participants are invited to step outside of the stories they already know and experience relationships, belonging, and inherited patterns from a different perspective.
This first gathering is a closed workshop for therapists and friends of Holding House as we celebrate the beginning of new wellness offerings within our community. It is an intentional, intimate space to experience the practice together, connect, and explore this work in good company.
Beginning next month, Family Constellations will be offered as a closed group for clients and community members interested in experiencing this work more deeply.
