I believe every individual possesses an innate inner healing intelligence, much like the body’s ability to mend a cut or bruise. I apply this same principle to the mind, where psychological wounds may arise from trauma in its many forms. In a supportive, compassionate, and safe space, this inner healing intelligence can flourish and profound transformation can occur. My role is not to serve as the expert, but as an ally on your personal journey of healing, growth, and self-discovery.
Guided by a trauma-informed lens, I integrate somatic-based practices, mindfulness practices, IFS–informed work, CBT, DBT, attachment-based approaches, solution-focused strategies, and coherence therapy–informed interventions. I have also completed professional training in the therapeutic use of ketamine for mental health treatment.
I look forward to building a professional relationship grounded in trust, openness, and curiosity—one that supports you in moving toward wholeness of mind, body, and spirit.

I deeply believe that the quality of the therapeutic relationship is the foundation for change. When we feel safe, understood, and valued, we can begin to heal and grow in meaningful ways. My clients often have experienced trauma, addictions, or life transitions that have been challenging. Drawing on interpersonal neurobiology, I help clients understand and release emotion from their body, offering coping skills and education along the way. I recognize that each person is unique, and I work to tailor our sessions to your specific needs, goals, and experiences pulling from a variety of evidenced based practices.
My clients experience a blend of many interventions based on their needs. I assist my clients with nurturing the mind, body, and spirit through mindfulness-based stress reduction, polyvagal, CBT, DBT, IFS informed, and attachment based interventions. I also specialize in sexuality and gender issues as well as individuals on the Autism Spectrum.
As I stated, I value the therapeutic relationship first and foremost. Please feel free to contact me via email or phone to set up a free 20 minute consult to determine if I am the right fit for your needs.

I believe that meaningful change starts with a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust, authenticity, and genuine connection. My style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in honesty and humor, and I work to create a space where clients feel comfortable being themselves, understood in their experience, and supported as they move toward their goals.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 12 years of clinical experience working with individuals across the lifespan. I specialize in supporting clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem concerns, parenting challenges, and life transitions. I draw from a variety of evidence-based approaches, including CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and strengths-based interventions. I tailor my approach to each person, focusing on what feels most helpful and meaningful for them in the moment.
I know that starting therapy can feel like a big step. Whether you're going through a difficult season, working toward personal growth, or simply wanting to better understand yourself, I will meet you where you are. My goal is to help you feel supported, empowered, and more confident as you move forward in your life.

I approach therapy with curiosity, openness, and the belief that healing is rarely a linear process. I see therapy as a space to slow down, make sense of what you're experiencing, and develop a deeper understanding of yourself. My goal is to create a relationship where you feel comfortable bringing your whole self into the room.
My approach is warm, non-judgmental, and authentic. I believe therapy should be a space where you can be honest about what you're experiencing, and I value bringing humor and lightness into the therapeutic relationship when appropriate. I work collaboratively with clients, drawing from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based approaches, and a trauma-informed, strengths-based perspective. Rather than asking the individual to fit into a particular therapeutic model, I tailor my approach to each person's needs, experiences, and goals.
My training as a yoga teacher, including additional training in trauma-informed yoga, has deepened my interest in the relationship between our emotional experiences and our bodies. I am interested in helping clients notice and understand what their bodies may be communicating and, when appropriate, incorporating mindfulness, breathwork, grounding, and other somatic practices into therapy. I see these practices as invitations to develop greater awareness and connection with ourselves and the world around us.
I also recognize that spirituality, meaning, and connection can be important parts of people's healing journeys. For clients who want to explore these dimensions of themselves, I welcome the opportunity to make space for questions of purpose, values, identity, and what gives life meaning.
Whether you're navigating a difficult period, working through past experiences, or simply hoping to understand yourself more deeply, I would be honored to walk alongside you.
