Chronic Stress & Trauma Resourcing Group
Stability. Support. Collective Care.
Many people are living with prolonged stress that never fully resolves—financial strain, relational instability, burnout, or ongoing uncertainty. When stress becomes chronic, the nervous system adapts by staying on alert, shutting down, or cycling between the two.
This group exists to offer present-focused support, not trauma reprocessing.
The Chronic Stress & Trauma Resourcing Group is a therapist-led, trauma-informed space designed to help participants build stability, regulation, and connection—without pressure to disclose personal histories.
