Why Trauma-Informed Healing Matters

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) helps teens build skills in mindfulness, emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and healthy relationships. This group offers a safe space to learn tools that can be used every day.
✨ Wellness Book Club (launching November in Simsbury)
A community space to connect, reflect, and grow through shared reading. Our book club blends literature with nervous system wisdom and mindful conversation.
✨ Rest & Digest Workshop @ The Lucky Gut (last week of October)
This hands-on workshop explores how the nervous system impacts our relationship with food. Through mindful eating, journaling, and parts work, participants learn to shift from stress-based eating into nourishment and self-care.
